How is my package recommended?

We estimate your move’s volume from your furniture, boxes and extras — the same maths as our truck size guide — turn that into an estimated labour time for a 2-mover crew, then size the crew to fit the time you’d like. That combination points to the closest MoovMe package.

What if I want the move done faster?

Tell us the number of hours you’d like it to take. We check how many movers it would take to fit that window — bigger crews finish sooner, but with a little less efficiency per person (one truck, one doorway and one stairwell only fit so many people working at once).

What if even a full crew can’t hit my target time?

We’ll say so plainly and suggest either extending the timeline a little or narrowing the scope (packing in advance, for example). We’re always happy to talk through the options.

Is this the package I’ll be booked into?

It’s a starting point. We’ll follow up by phone or email to ask a few more questions — access, parking, exact dates — and confirm your final package before anything is booked.

Does a bigger crew cost more?
