MoovMe (“we”, “us”) is a labour-only moving service based in the Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada. This page explains what personal information we collect through moovme.ca and how we use it.

What we collect

• Quote requests: name, phone, email, move details (dates, locations, size, services) and any notes you add.
• Chat messages: the message you send plus the name and phone or email you give us.
• Email sign-ups: your email address and the date you subscribed.
• Truck size guide: the answers you enter into the calculator stay in your browser. Only if you ask us to email you the estimate do we receive your email address and the estimate summary (truck size, space needed, suggested package).

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request or message and to plan and deliver your move.
• If you opted in, to send moving tips and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing moovme.ca@gmail.com.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your information. It is stored on our web hosting provider’s servers and in our business email account, and shared only with service providers we use to run the business (for example, hosting and email), when required by law, or with your consent. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or third-party chat tools in the future, we will update this policy.
