MoovMe (“we”, “us”) is a labour-only moving service based in the Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada. This page explains what personal information we collect through moovme.ca and how we use it.

What we collect

• Quote requests: name, phone, email, move details (dates, locations, size, services) and any notes you add.
• Chat messages: the message you send plus the name and phone or email you give us.
• Email sign-ups: your email address and the date you subscribed.
• Truck size guide and Package Tailor Made guide: before you start either calculator, we ask for your name, phone and email so we can send you the estimate and follow up. When you reach your result, we automatically receive your contact details plus your full answers (home size, furniture and boxes, access, special items, and — for the package guide — your desired timing) and the calculated estimate, so our team can review it and finalize the details with you by phone or email. If you also use the optional “email me this estimate” box, we send a copy of the summary to that address.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request or message and to plan and deliver your move.
• If you opted in, to send moving tips and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing moovme.ca@gmail.com.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your information. It is stored on our web hosting provider’s servers and in our business email account, and shared only with service providers we use to run the business (for example, hosting and email), when required by law, or with your consent. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or third-party chat tools in the future, we will update this policy.
